Julie Goldstein

Julie Rei Goldstein has been performing both vocally and on-stage for the better part of the last 4 years. She started back in 2002 when she wrote, directed and played Tomoyo in her fandub parody 'Tomoyo Does Cardcaptors'. Shortly thereafter she appeared in Studo Sokodei's epic parody 'Nescaflowne' as Dilanma. She recently graduated with a B.A. In Theater Arts from San Jose State University where she appeard on-stage in productions such as 'An Interview', 'Hamlet', 'Az U Like It' and 'The Bacchae'. Her other loves include bringing the magic of Anime and Japanese media to the stage through the arts of Storytelling and Oral Interpretation, for which she recently won the Kaucher-Mitchell Excellence in Storytelling competition with her story 'The Monster Without A Name' based on Naoki Urasawa's manga 'Monster'. Julie also won the AX Idol 2005 Voice Acting competition through which she has received several opportunites to voice act in anime professionally and recently moved down to Southern California to pursue them.
