Judah Friese

I grew up in a small agriculture community in Minnesota. I attended one of those "failing" high schools and left there without much of an education. I went to college, and after catching up to the rest of my peers, I obtained a B.S. in chemistry. From there, I went to graduate school in Washington and earned my Ph.D in radiochemistry in 2002. Since then, I have been working as a radiochemist in central Washington. I have published a book and many journal articles in the field of radiochemistry. If you wish to be board out of your mind, just Google them and give them a read!

My family consists of my wife and two boys (2 and 3 as of 2007). They keep me very busy as I try to stop them from doing all the stupid things I did as a kid. My family is my love and joy.

I like Star Trek (duh). I have also been into BSG and SG1 recently. I pretty much like most Sci-Fi, so when my TV is on, it is either on Sci-Fi, Discovery channel, History Channel or whatever station is covering football (the American version, not the one where you actually use your feet). I have two favorite football teams. The Minnesota Vikings and whoever is playing the Green Bay Packers.

I have very little artistic abilities. I took seven years of piano lessons and I can't hardly play chopsticks. I played the trombone and equally suck at that. I find drawing stick figures a challenge, and as many of the old Defiant folks know...I can't really write creatively either. That being said, I have taken to the role that I play for Pendant as a voice actor. I can't do multiple voices, but I really enjoy playing my character.
