Jeffrey Bridges

I've been writing for the past ten years. Oh, when I started, I thought I was so good and I was just *so* not. But we all improve over time (at least *I* do, if you don't, don't go blaming me!) and I've been seriously trying to make a career out of it for a few years now.

I've written a novel and many screenplays, and once upon a time I had an agent. Alas, the business was giving him heart problems (no joke) and his doctor told him he needed to retire. So he did. And before he ever got around to selling even ONE of my screenplays. How inconsiderate. :)

Anyway, Pendant gives me the opportunity to do something I've always longed to, which is to write for Superman and see the end product realized. One of my long-term goals is to be the regular writer on a Superman comic, but that's a ways off yet. In any case, Pendant is a wonderful creative outlet and I couldn't have done it without the amazing casts we've been able to put together. They deserve all the credit in the world for bringing our words to life.

Here's to the future of Pendant! ...and my writing career!

As long as we were toasting the group I thought I could sneak one in just for me. No? Too much? Oh well, I tried.
