David Ault

David is currently an acting student in London, UK having been a full-time planetarium presenter and has so far led a very varied existence. Currently at the tender age of 26 (turning 27 in November), he has played many different roles in the course of his life. As if being a scientist and an actor wasn't varied enough.

At university, his first year was spent keeping up with his studies. In his second year he forgot them and moved on to playing different roles, including 'Man' and 'The Boy' and a drunken cardinal in Sir Patrick Moore's musical farce, Galileo: The True Story. In his third year, swapping to astrophysics he did even more, achieving such titles as 'Chief Suspect' and 'Boy' (different one this time) and getting altogether better marks in his exams. Stopping to play the Sheriff of Nottingham in pantomime he went to work for a small video production company, and writing his first full-length stage show: It's About Time... which premiered in November 2005.

Currently playing Byron, Admiral VonGrippen and an ordinary guy stuck in a world of zombies at Darker Projects and Marcus Brody and Ensign Holubiak at Pendant, he's getting further into the Voice Acting world, where he hopes to get more and more work. After all, a British voice can't play enough baddies! The other thing he's noted for is his Tony Blair impression (amongst others), and will happily talk politics with anyone who can do a good George W impersonation...

His hope is to one day play the Doctor in the BBC series of Doctor Who, once David Tennant and the next incarnation have gone through.
