Curt Arndt

Curt is not your ordinary geek. With an interest in acting, music and broadcasting he was in the epicenter of nerd culture in High School. After graduation he went into the U.S. Navy, studied nuclear propulsion and served aboard the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson until the birth of his first daughter. Moving back home with his wife and daughter he cultivated his gaming and fan-boy cred, but left performing on the back burner due to lack of outlets. He went through multiple employment paths, occationally three at a time, until eventually settling on driving truck as a career.

Then, after some 23 years away from the stage or microphone he discovered something called "Podcasting" and decided to give it a try. The "Wandering Geek Podcast" has been a going concern for over a year now and has opened the door to many other creative outlets as well. In addition to supporting roles on Pendant shows he has done voice work for other podcasts, is working on his first comedy music CD, and is the staff photographer for the huge game convention Gen Con. He is hoping to turn one of his short stories into a full length novel if he can ever figure out how to get that extra 4 hours put into the day. (He's got a petition if you want to sign it.)

Curt looks forward to his future in the creative arts on the internet. Specifically at Pendant he would like to someday be a recurring villain on one of the DC:P shows and, if he ever has the time to dedicate to it, would love to pitch a couple of show ideas for untapped universes, among them Battletech. But for now he is very happy to be a part of such a great organization even on a supporting level, all his other projects are going to keep him too busy for the moment to allow for much more than that.
