Bill Fisher

A long time ago, in an elementary school far, far away, Bill Fisher had his first acting experience. At the tender age of 10 or so, his childhood acting days culminated in a starring role as the Grinch, in a musical version of The Grinch Who Stole Christmas. That was the last time he acted for 26 years. He found an advertisement in the paper for auditions for Arsenic and Old Lace and tried out for a role. He got a bit part as Officer Brophy, a bumbling nincompoop. This was quite the thrill.

After that, he got into the technical side of things, assisting in lighting design for one show (in which he had a walk-on, non-speaking, whatever, role as a waiter). But the acting bug was in him. And so, he was convinced by the theater group to try out for Frank Foster in the show How the Other Half Loves by Alan Ayckbourn. This was the leading man role for this show, and evidently everyone thought Bill was perfect for the part, as a ... bumbling nincompoop.

Well, Bill is NOT a bumbling nincompoop! He's...hold on, dropped my pen. Where is that ...OW, blast it, my head! And why am I writing this in the third person? Well, too late to stop now!

Anyway, when that group lost the leaders that Bill had grown to respect, he left the group and hasn't acted in anything since. BUT he still had the bug. In an abortive attempt to start his own version of Pendant, Bill tried in 2006 to get a writer friend to come up with an audio script for a 'mysterious happenings' show. But that never took off, due to lack of motivation on the writer's part...and on Bill's part, too. But when he heard about Pendant, he knew he had to join up.

And now, he's stuck.
